Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible of their "Partie" and make sure everything is going according to the kitchen rules and standards.
  • Manage the operations and "mises en places" of their Partie
  • Prepare the dishes related to their partie, but also be polyvalent in the kitchen
  • Respect the standards of hygiene and organisation among the kitchen

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar position for at least 1 year
  • Cooking diploma
  • Be responsible, mature and have leadership
  • Be a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 3,000.00DH - 5,500.00DH per month
