Missions
:

Au sein du service Customer Success et sous la responsabilité de la Responsable Customer Success, vous serez en charge de:

  • Assister activement les clients dans la résolution de problèmes techniques liés à nos produits, en collaboration avec notre équipe support technique.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe de développement pour cerner et résoudre les défis techniques.
  • Assister et conseiller les clients dans le paramétrage du logiciel pour l'adapter à leurs besoins
  • Maintenir un lien constant avec les clients pour garantir leur satisfaction et identifier des axes d'amélioration.
  • Organiser des sessions de formation pour les clients sur nos produits et services.
  • Contribuer à l'évolution de nos produits en partageant régulièrement vos retours.

Compétences requises :

  • Excellente maîtrise du français à l'écrit et à l'oral: ce poste nécessite de parler quotidiennement français

  • Être à l'aise avec les différents logiciels et avoir la capacité de s'auto-former à leur utilisation

  • Forte orientation client et dédiée à la satisfaction clientèle.

  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.

Profil recherché :

  • Bac+5 en école de commerce, ingénieur, formation marketing ou équivalent

  • Expérience prouvée dans un rôle technique/relation client, idéalement dans un environnement startup.

Stage PFE ou Pré Embauche selon le profil (stage rémunéré) puis contrat CDI.

Période de stage de 3 à 5 mois ( présentiel )

Durée hebdomadaire de 44h/semaine du Lundi au Samedi.
