basé à Casablanca.


Missions principales

  • Définir et exécuter des stratégies de campagnes Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Gérer de bout en bout la mise en place, l'optimisation et le suivi de campagnes globales (Amériques, EMEA, Asie).
  • Réaliser du
    keyword research
    , mettre en place des stratégies d'enchères et assurer le suivi des budgets.
  • Analyser la performance via Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor et Data Studio, et proposer des optimisations continues.
  • Créer et améliorer des landing pages pour maximiser la conversion.
  • Agir en
    expert interne Paid Search
    , en contribuant aux process et en apportant des idées nouvelles.


Profil recherché

  • 3+ ans d'expérience
    réussie en Paid Search Marketing, avec gestion opérationnelle de campagnes.
  • Maîtrise de Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Excel.
  • Forte capacité analytique et sens du ROI.
  • Anglais professionnel indispensable (contexte international).
  • Rigueur, attention au détail et capacité à travailler sur plusieurs marchés/fuseaux horaires.

Atouts supplémentaires :

  • Certifications Google Ads / Microsoft Advertising.
  • Expérience SEO, CRM ou Marketing Automation.
