What To Expect
As a Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla, you will be responsible forproviding a welcoming and superior experience for our customers who arecollecting their new Tesla. You will be part of the front-of-house team whosupports sales and delivery activities, specifically acting as a deliveryhandover expert who can answer any questions that our customers may have abouttheir new car. At Tesla, we believe that every customer deserves a frictionless andexceptional experience with their Tesla vehicle, yourprimary focus will be on providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuringthat each customer feels valued, heard, and supported.
You are driven by the mission of Tesla to accelerate theworld's transition to sustainable energy. You are part of a larger sales anddelivery team who works closely and flexibly on all tasks. You are expected tocooperate frequently and display a one-team mentality to achieve sales anddelivery targets.
What You'll Do- Greetand welcome customers as they enter the showroom, providing a positive andmemorable first impression.
- Assistwith the delivery process, including showing customers to their vehicle andproviding a final check-out experience.
- Providecustomers with a product orientation, highlighting key features and providingguidance on how to operate the vehicle and use its various features ahead ofdriving away in their new car.
- Verifyand confirm all required documents are present and in order prior to delivery.
- Conductpre-delivery inspections to ensure each vehicle meets Tesla's high standardsfor quality.
- Actas a point of contact for post-sale inquiries, providing assistance and supportas required.
- Liaisewith the delivery team, ensuring that customers are kept up-to-date on theirvehicle's progress and receive regular updates on delivery timelines.
- Wherenecessary be on hand to support the facilitation of test drives, highlightingthe vehicle's capabilities, safety features, and performance characteristics.
What You'll Bring- Excellentinterpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and engage withcustomers.
- Strongknowledge of Tesla's products, including vehicles, solar panels, and energystorage solutions.
- Abilityto communicate information in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Proventrack record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Strongorganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in afast-paced environment.
- Flexibilityto work on weekends and evenings as required.
