Poste :
Rattaché(e) à la direction Finance Business Partner de la BU Atacadao, votre mission est d'analyser et suivre les performances financières et opérationnelles de votre périmètre.
Pour cela vos domaines de résultats sont :
- Produire les reportings financiers et opérationnels.
- Veiller au respect des normes comptables et financières de l'entreprise.
- Suivre les indicateurs de gestion (stock, démarque, casse) pour optimiser la performance financière
- Participer à la construction budgétaire.
- Fournir les insights financiers pour aider les équipes opérationnelles à atteindre leurs objectifs.
Profil recherché :
De formation Bac+5 en Finance ou Contrôle de gestion, vous justifiez d'une expérience probante de 2 ans dans laquelle vous avez développé les compétences suivantes :
- Connaissance approfondie des principes comptables et financiers
- Solide maîtrise des outils de gestion financière (ERP, Excel avancé, BI)
- Capacité à analyser les coûts, marges et rentabilité pour optimiser la performance
Sens relationnel & de la communication, Capacité d'analyse; sont les atouts et facteurs clés de succès de ce poste.
