En tant que HR Business Partner, tu seras le(la) partenaire de confiance des managers et des équipes, garant·e d'une organisation saine, performante et apprenante. Tu travailleras en lien direct avec la direction locale (CEO, CTO, COO), les équipes People du groupe et la Head of People Maroc, à laquelle tu seras rattaché·e.
Ton rôle : renforcer nos systèmes RH, soutenir nos leaders et faire grandir notre culture, avec une approche concrète, terrain et orientée impact.
Tes missions:
Accompagner les managers Les aider à piloter les trajectoires, donner du feedback et prendre des décisions. Proposer des frameworks solides pour professionnaliser les pratiques managériales. Animer des démarches de développement managérial (formations, coaching ciblé). Faire évoluer les systèmes RH Optimiser nos process : onboarding, feedback, staffing, communication interne, coaching… Identifier et prioriser les axes d'amélioration à l'échelle de l'organisation. Installer une culture d'amélioration continue : observer, tester, mesurer, ajuster. Développer la culture et la clarté organisationnelle Structurer une organisation lisible : rôles, rituels, organigramme cible… Renforcer une culture d'exigence, de responsabilité et de transparence. Jouer un rôle d'allié·e exigeant·e et bienveillant·e dans les conversations difficiles. Adapter les RH au marché marocain Suivre les tendances locales (attentes des talents, reconnaissance, salaires, rétention). Relier les standards RH du groupe à la réalité terrain marocaine. Garantir l'attractivité et la compétitivité RH de Theodo Maroc. 0 DH - 0 DH a month Profil recherché Tu as… A partir de 5 ans d'expérience RH, idéalement dans une scale-up, une ESN ou un environnement tech. Déjà accompagné des managers dans des contextes exigeants. Une bonne maîtrise des pratiques RH au Maroc et à l'international. La capacité à cadrer, arbitrer et embarquer. Une posture de coach, facilitateur·rice et challenger. Tu es… Guidé·e par l'impact concret, plus que par les grandes théories. À l'aise dans un environnement dynamique et responsabilisant. Excellent·e communicant·e, capable d'adapter ton discours à différents profils. Rigoureux(se), curieux(se), exigeant·e, respectueux(se) et doté·e de recul.
