Position: Digital Marketing Assistant (Female) / (Pre-Hire Internship)

Main Mission:

Support our team in managing digital campaigns and growing our e-commerce brands.

Responsibilities:

Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on:

Facebook, Google Ads & TikTok

With objectives focused on: client acquisition and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic creation and deployment of cross-channel campaigns
  • Daily performance analysis (KPI: CPA, CTR)
  • Creative and audience testing
  • Real-time budget optimization
  • Daily detailed reporting

Skills:

  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Technical English (reading/writing)

Training Period:

Month 1: Paid Pre-Hire Internship

  • Intensive training on our processes and tools
  • Compensation: 50% of gross monthly salary
  • Validation of key skills

After the Trial Period:

  • Full-time employment with a full salary + performance-based bonus if objectives are met.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 3,000.00DH - 4,500.00DH per month
