What will you do?

As a Solution Engineer , you'll be part of our Services Factory team in Casablanca , supporting various extended services within our Cloud offering .

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help to maintain premium quality standards to ensure our solutions remain reliable, scalable, and high-performing .

Your primary mission? Integrate and customize our SaaS platform running smoothly so our customers always have a seamless experience.

Some of your tasks include:

• Design, Customize , and integrate all products to reply to our customers' needs.

• Lead technical migrations of customer environments, ensuring optimal performance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical anomalies , enhancing system reliability and user experience.

• Document and communicate findings through detailed test reports and functional anomaly records.

• Guide customers through integration projects , providing clarity, confidence, and smooth transitions

• You have strong analytical and writing skills, with excellent communication and reporting abilities.

• You are fluent in French and English , able to understand and work with project documents and technical specifications.

• You are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

• You have a solid understanding of web architecture and are comfortable working with SQL Server and Azure virtual machines .

• You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and confident in using digital tools to support your work.

• You have a genuine interest in software integration and a growth mindset — ready to learn, evolve, and progress within the Services Factory team.

• 1st Interview with our Internal Recruiter (30 minutes)

• 2nd Interview with our Director of Services Factory (1 hour)

3rd Interview with our North Africa Sales Director (30 minutes)
