Job Title:
Ensure proper management of customer and supplier accounting, monitoring of cash collections and debt recovery, while guaranteeing the reliability of accounting data and compliance with payment deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recording customer and supplier payments (bank transfers, checks, direct debits) and account reconciliation.
- Daily monitoring of customer receivables and payment follow-ups (phone calls, emails, letters).
- Participation in monthly closings and monitoring of the aged trial balance.
- Preparation of monitoring reports (outstanding balances, unpaid invoices, payment schedules) for customers.
- Control the accounting records and analyze accounts.
- Ensure compliance and conformity with accounting legislation.
- Support the conversion of financial data from local accounting standards to IFRS.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience (2-3 years) in accounting and debt collection.
- Knowledge of IFRS standards
- Sage 100 (mandatory), Excel (intermediate to advanced level), Power Query, Power BI
- Advanced level in English
Required Profile:
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in Accounting, Management, or Finance
Job Conditions:
