DESCRIPTION DE L'EMPLOI

Dans un contexte de forte croissance, COFICAB renforce ses équipes et recrute un(e)Industrial Management Controller.

Missions du poste :

  • Mettre en œuvre les procédures de reporting de gestion et définir les principaux indicateurs de performance pour le suivi des résultats.
  • Calculer et suivre les indicateurs de performance de benchmarking, et préparer des rapports de gestion réguliers et ponctuels sur la performance globale de l'usine.
  • Contribuer à l'élaboration des procédures de gestion budgétaire.
  • Accompagner les départements de l'usine dans la préparation de leurs budgets en fournissant des objectifs budgétaires prédéfinis.
  • Suivre la réalisation budgétaire de l'usine et les rapports de dépenses, en identifiant les écarts potentiels.
  • Développer les méthodes de calcul des coûts, et suivre les résultats de coûts de l'usine par rapport aux objectifs prédéfinis.
  • Prépare et publie les analyses du retour sur investissement (ROI).

Profil demandé :

Niveau de formation : Master en Comptabilité, ou Finances, ou Economie ou Administration des affaires.

Expériences : 3 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire (obligatoirement en industrie).

Compétences Techniques :

  • Maîtrise des techniques de contrôle de gestion
  • Maîtrise de la comptabilité analytique
  • Maîtrise de la gestion budgétaire

Compétences Comportementales :

  • Sens de l'analyse
  • Sens de la rédaction
  • Aisance avec les données chiffrées

Compétences Managériales :

  • Encadrement des équipes, gestion de la performance, orientation business, développement des collaborateurs.

Compétences Linguistiques :

  • France / Anglais

Compétences Outils et Logiciels :

  • Excel, MES, applications ERP.
