Internal Audit Manager

- Define, plan and manage the annual internal audit plan.
- Conduct complex audit missions, in line with operational, financial and regulatory issues.
- Identify risks, evaluate control systems and formulate concrete recommendations.
- Present audit findings to stakeholders with clarity, diplomacy and pedagogy.
- Supervise a team of auditors and ensure their skills development.
- Bac+5 in Audit, Finance, Management Control or graduate from a business/engineering school with audit specialization.
- Confirmed experience of at least 12 years, acquired in a large industrial group.
- Mastery of methodologies and professional standards of internal audit.
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, rigor and sense of ethics.
- Managerial skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
