Senior Inbound Lead Qualification Specialist
chargé de piloter l'ensemble du flux inbound (prospects entrants, interactions digitales, demandes d'information, réponses messages et emailings).

Missions principales

  • Qualifier les leads entrants : profil, besoin, niveau d'intérêt.
  • Contacter les prospects pour valider leur intention et cadrer le contexte.
  • Analyser les signaux d'engagement (formulaires, commentaires, messages, ouvertures emailings).
  • Structurer le process de qualification : scoring, priorités, scripts, workflows.
  • Proposer des outils et méthodes pour améliorer la fluidité et la conversion.
  • Transmettre les leads qualifiés aux conseillers avec un brief complet.
  • Assurer un reporting précis sur le volume et la qualité des leads.

Profil recherché

  • Minimum
    3 à 5 ans
    sur un poste dédié à la qualification inbound, MRR ou SDR inbound.
  • Expérience dans un environnement exigeant : finance, assurance, immobilier, santé ou services premium.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • Aisance téléphonique, analyse rapide et rigueur administrative.
  • Capacité à structurer des process et à travailler avec des équipes acquisition/commerciales.
  • Sensibilité à la finance éthique et à une clientèle haut de gamme.
  • Poste non adapté aux profils juniors ou polyvalents non spécialisés.

  • Poste basé au Maroc.
  • Contrat local ou freelance.
  • Fixe + prime par lead qualifié.
  • Activité orientée marché français.
