Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Casablanca for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, promoting products to new and existing customers, managing customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and providing training or support for team members as needed. The role will also involve analyzing market trends to inform marketing campaigns and reporting sales performance to management.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to create and implement effective strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Experience in Training to mentor and support team members, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the food industry or prior experience in related fields is a plus.
