- quality control and inspection,
- sorting and rework services,

- temporary and outsourced staffing,
- specialized engineering and technical services.
As we launch our new operational entity in Morocco, we are seeking a highly motivated professional to play a key role in establishing and developing our business on this market.
Responsibilities
- Build our business presence in Morocco from the ground up.
- Actively acquire new clients across the industrial, production, and automotive sectors.
- Present and promote our portfolio of quality services and temporary staffing solutions.
- Conduct business meetings and develop strong long-term client relationships.
- Analyze client needs and prepare tailored service proposals.
- Support the launch and supervision of operational projects.
- Represent the company at local business events and industry meetings.
- Prepare the market for future expansion and participate in hiring the local team (sales, operations, recruitment).
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in automotive, industrial, manufacturing, outsourcing, or temporary staffing.
- Experience in quality services or production project environments is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of the Moroccan market and local business landscape.
- Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers in manufacturing companies.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
- Fluency in French is a must, English is a strong asset.
- High level of independence and readiness to develop a new market from scratch.
