Job Description

  • Supports the Plant Manager and Departments with administrative and organizational matters

  • Handles ad-hoc requests from the Plant Manager and Departments Managers

  • Organizes travel arrangements

  • Manages emails and written correspondence

  • Handles phone calls and inquiries

  • Organizes and maintains calendars and appointments

Qualifications
  • University degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Proven initial experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in French and English
