What You'll Do

Job Specification Management: Obtain job specification briefs from the team to understand vacancies in Belgium, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, Xing, and job boards (such as job-site, Monster, etc.) to identify suitable candidates, present job opportunities, and persuade them to apply (obtain their CV) or refer other suitable candidates. Candidate Engagement: Message appropriate candidates across various channels and schedule quality calls with recruiters.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in HR, recruitment or Bachelor/Master's degree in Human Resources or other relevant fields
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is desirable.
  • Self-Starter: Confident self-starter with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Ability to Handle Pressure: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and effectively prioritise competing demands.
  • Excel Proficiency: Extensive experience using Excel
