Position: Open Innovation Manager
Location: Morocco
Type: Full-time

Gibraltar Consulting is seeking a highly motivated Open Innovation Manager to join our client's who is a leader in the AgriTech industry. This role focuses on managing innovation projects and driving the digital transformation of agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the innovation roadmap
  • Oversee and lead innovation projects and teams
  • Monitor ongoing initiatives to enhance their impact and influence
  • Develop and implement new concepts and initiatives in the field of innovation
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to meet and exceed their expectations
  • Support internal and partner teams in understanding and adopting innovative projects
  • Track the progress and performance of programs, services, and staff
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and effective communication with both internal and external management
  • Collaborate with the communication team to develop strategic messages and oversee the creation of communication materials

Required Profile:

  • Masters degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of project management experience, with a strong interest in innovation
  • A diverse educational background with practical experience in multiple sectors is a plus
  • Willingness and ability to explore new areas
  • Capable of managing multiple innovation projects simultaneously
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and partners
  • Ability to work with limited data to develop innovative concepts
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Professional engagement with a wide range of individuals from various backgrounds
  • Inspirational leadership with a clear vision
