Le poste

Nous recherchons un(e) Team Manager motivé(e) pour encadrer et accompagner une équipe d'agents administratifs. Votre rôle consistera à piloter les activités quotidiennes, soutenir la performance collective et garantir l'atteinte des objectifs fixés par la direction.

Vos missions principales :

  • Encadrer, motiver et former les membres de votre équipe, en particulier les nouveaux arrivants
  • Planifier et coordonner les activités quotidiennes afin d'assurer une productivité optimale
  • Élaborer et suivre des plans d'action pour différents projets
  • Analyser les résultats, produire des rapports et suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI)
  • Identifier les besoins en formation et assurer l'évaluation régulière des collaborateurs
  • Animer les réunions d'équipe et ateliers dédiés à la qualité de service
  • Maintenir un haut niveau de performance, d'organisation et de discipline
  • Contribuer activement au recrutement et à l'intégration des nouveaux membres

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme Bac+3 à Bac+5
  • Expérience solide en management d'équipe
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, leadership et accompagnement
  • Maîtrise avancée d'Excel et des outils de suivi de performance
