Description du poste :

Nous recherchons un(e) Team manager qui sera amené à garantir l'encadrement d'une équipe d'agents administratif en garantissant l'atteinte des objectifs fixés par la direction.

Principales responsabilités :

  • Accompagner et coacher l'équipe ainsi que les nouveaux collaborateurs pour renforcer leur confiance et développer leur efficacité et leur autonomie (assister, faire des écoutes, débriefer…).
  • Mettre en place la planification et l'organisation des opérations de son équipe
  • Élaborer des stratégies adéquates pour chacune des activités gérées
  • Produire divers rapports de performance et de statistiques.
  • Suivre la performance et les objectifs quantitatifs/qualitatifs de l'équipe
  • Assurer une évaluation continue des performances de l'équipe tout en établissant les besoins en formation et en suivant les évolutions de carrière de son équipe.
  • Animer des réunions d'équipe quotidiennes et des ateliers de qualité
  • Veiller à ce que la qualité du service fournie soit excellente
  • Veiller à l'assiduité et la discipline des membres de l'équipe.
  • Participer au recrutement

Compétences requises :

  • Diplôme de formation supérieure de Bac + 3/ 5.
  • Expérience exigée dans un poste similaire
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, en pédagogie et en leadership
  • Maîtrise du logiciel Excel
