As part of its global expansion, Pay10 has established a new regional office in Morocco, which is preparing to launch its payment activities in full compliance with Bank Al-Maghrib's regulations. Pay10 Morocco will introduce innovative and seamless payment solutions for consumers, agents, and merchants, combining the group's international expertise with Morocco's dynamic and expanding financial ecosystem.
Role Overview:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role involves overseeing all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, partnerships, and market research. You will work closely with the internal teams to ensure alignment and drive cohesive marketing campaigns that enhance the company's presence in the competitive fintech landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning
: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and growth targets. - Digital Marketing
: Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to increase online visibility and engagement. - Content Creation
: Oversee the creation of high-quality content for various platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters. - Brand Management
: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and channels. - Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies. - Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns to promote products and services, tracking performance and optimizing for better results. - Partnerships and Collaboration
: Establish and maintain partnerships with relevant stakeholders, including media, influencers, and industry organizations. - Budget Management
: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and tracking ROI on marketing initiatives. - Analytics and Reporting
: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to drive decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Skills Required:
- Experience Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the fintech or payments industry.
- Extensive experience in brand management, with the ability to shape and drive the brand vision at the highest executive levels, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage an extensive global network, particularly within the Morocco and other key markets, to build and enhance brand presence and credibility.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, etc.).
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and the fintech industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High level of initiative and self-motivation.
- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and quality.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIM, Digital Marketing) is a plus.
