À propos de Growth Marketing Partner
Growth Marketing Partner est une agence de communication 360° spécialisée dans l'accompagnement stratégique et opérationnel de marques au Maroc.
Nous combinons branding, stratégie marketing, digital, paid media, social media, création de contenu et brand activation pour générer une croissance mesurable et durable.
Gestion et développement client
- Être l'interlocuteur principal des clients et construire une relation de confiance durable
- Comprendre les enjeux business et marketing des clients
- Identifier les opportunités d'upsell et de cross-sell
- Participer aux réponses aux appels d'offres et recommandations stratégiques
Pilotage de projets 360°
- Coordonner l'ensemble des expertises internes (créa, stratégie, media, social, digital, performance…)
- Prise de brief client, compréhension et déploiement
- Superviser la production des campagnes et livrables
- Garantir le respect des délais, des budgets et de la qualité
- Assurer le reporting, l'analyse des performances et les bilans clients
Rôle stratégique
- Contribuer à la définition des stratégies marketing et communication
- Challenger les recommandations avec une vision orientée growth et performance
- Apporter une expertise conseil à forte valeur ajoutée
Profil recherché
- Minimum
5 ans d'expérience
en agence de communication ou marketing - Solide expérience en gestion de comptes clients et projets 360°
- Excellente compréhension des leviers marketing (branding, digital, paid media, social media…)
- Forte capacité de coordination et de priorisation
- Aisance relationnelle, sens du conseil et posture senior
- Esprit analytique, orienté résultats et performance
- Très bonnes capacités de communication écrite et orale
