PROJECT CONTEXT:

We are developing a high-potential project hosted at Technopark Tangier, designed to rethink how projects grow, scale, and sustain themselves through modern management strategies, creativity, and human-centered leadership.

This internship is not an observation role. It is a strategic immersion for a future leader who wants to experiment, design, and implement new management concepts in a real, evolving environment.

YOUR ROLE:

As a Project Manager, you will work directly on the core structure and growth of the project.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in strategic planning and project structuring
  • Coordinating and supporting key departments such as HR, Marketing, and Operations
  • Proposing new management approaches to improve efficiency and team engagement
  • Monitoring project progress, risks, and opportunities
  • Acting as a bridge between vision and execution
  • Encouraging collaboration, ownership, and accountability within teams
  • Bringing new ideas to ensure sustainable growth and innovation

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership.
