We're building a bold, luxury lifestyle brand at the intersection of
fashion, fitness, and wellness
ENVEE. At the same time, our founder is growing a
dynamic personal brand
that showcases the real life behind the business — entrepreneurship, health, surfing, travel, and fatherhood.

We are looking for a
dedicated, full-time Content Creator & Digital Brand Manager
to work
on-site
in Casablanca and own all creative execution across both the ENVEE brand and the founder's personal brand.

This is not a freelance gig. You'll be
a key member of our in-house team
, involved in everything from social media content to website updates, ad creative, and real-time brand storytelling.

What You'll Do

Content Creation (ENVEE + Personal Brand)

  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form videos for IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content with the founder (workouts, surf, horse riding, coaching moments)
  • Create branded content for ENVEE products (models, lifestyle, product demos)
  • Write captions, edit clips, and organize a content calendar

Website & Digital Management (ENVEE)

  • Update and manage the ENVEE Shopify/Lovable website
  • Upload products, change banners, update homepage visuals, and manage blogs
  • Ensure brand consistency and SEO optimization

Ads & Campaign Support

  • Create content for Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
  • Provide creatives for product launches, drops, and influencer campaigns
  • Monitor engagement metrics and iterate content strategies accordingly

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work directly with the founder and operations team
  • Participate in weekly planning and content brainstorms
  • Follow and apply current trends, viral sounds, and hooks

You'll Thrive If You Have:

  • Experience in shooting & editing content
    for TikTok, IG Reels, and other short-form platforms
  • Skills in
    photography, videography, and storytelling
  • Knowledge of
    Shopify
    or a similar CMS platform
  • Strong grasp of
    social media trends, formats, and virality
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads (a plus)
  • Good command of
    English and French
    (Arabic is a bonus)
  • Passion for fitness, fashion, content, or wellness industries
  • A proactive and high-execution mindset

  • CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro
  • Canva, Figma
  • Shopify or Lovable
  • Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads
  • Google Drive, Notion

Role Requirements

  • This is a
    full-time, on-site role based in Casablanca
  • Must be available to work in the office, and on-location for content when needed
  • Must be
    independent, reliable, and creative
    — not just waiting for instructions
  • Must be comfortable filming and editing both personal and brand content
