, a leading international industrial group, we are recruiting an experienced
HR Manager (Generalist)
to be based in
Tangier
.
Experience in the automotive or aerospace industry is mandatory
.

Key Responsibilities:

As the
HR Manager
, you will oversee the full scope of human resources activities at the Tangier site and act as a strategic business partner to local leadership and teams. Your responsibilities will include both operational and strategic HR functions.

Main duties:

  • Implement and align the HR strategy with the group's standards and business goals.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Moroccan labor law and manage employee relations.
  • Lead and support key HR projects (training, performance management, workforce planning, etc.).
  • Provide regular HR reporting to regional or corporate headquarters.
  • Act as a key contact for internal and external audits (quality, HR, client).
  • Support managers with organizational development and change management initiatives.

Required Profile:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar HR leadership role
    ,
    mandatory in the automotive or aerospace sector
    .
  • Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor regulations and HR best practices in an industrial environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership, integrity, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
    (spoken and written); proficiency in French is also required.
