Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and experienced HR Director to join our organisation in Casablanca, Morocco. As the HR Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's people strategy, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving organisational excellence.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives
  • Forge strong partnerships with the Leadership Team to drive organisational success
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the HR team to deliver high-impact support across all HR functions
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent
  • Design and implement competitive remuneration structures in line with local practices and company guidelines
  • Manage corporate compensation processes, including Annual Salary Reviews and Incentive Programmes
  • Develop and execute Training & Development strategies to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Drive succession planning initiatives to ensure leadership continuity across all levels
  • Oversee the Performance Management process, ensuring timely and quality execution
  • Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and local legislation
  • Utilise HR analytics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the business
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the organisation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Management, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Proven track record of 10+ years in HR leadership roles, with experience in managing HR functions of comparable scope and complexity
  • Extensive experience working in multinational environments
  • In-depth knowledge of Moroccan labour laws and regulations
  • Strong command of English and French, both written and spoken; Arabic language skills are advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning and execution
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and analytics tools
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with organisational goals
  • Experience in change management and organisational development
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent professional HR certification is desirable
