Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all human resources activities.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
  • Handle personnel administration (contracts, payroll, employee files).
  • Advise management and team leaders on HR matters.
  • Drive training, performance management, and career development programs.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and manage employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Profile Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of proven HR management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of labor legislation and HR tools.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
