Lotel Partners – Agadir

Lotel Partners est une nouvelle plateforme marocaine de réservation d'hôtels et d'hébergements, pensée pour offrir une expérience simple, fluide et 100% locale. Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous renforçons notre équipe et recrutons un(e) Customer Service motivé(e), professionnel(le) et orienté(e) client.

Mission principale

Assurer une expérience client irréprochable en accompagnant les utilisateurs (voyageurs), en résolvant leurs demandes rapidement et efficacement.

Responsabilités

  • Répondre aux demandes par téléphone, email et chat.
  • Comprendre les besoins des utilisateurs et leur offrir un accompagnement personnalisé.
  • Traiter les réclamations et proposer des solutions immédiates et adaptées.
  • Assister les clients dans leurs réservations, leurs modifications et annulations.
  • Remonter les incidents ou anomalies aux équipes internes (technique, opérations).
  • Contribuer à améliorer la qualité du service client et les procédures internes.

Compétences requises

  • Excellente communication orale et écrite.
  • Très bon esprit d'écoute, patience et empathie.
  • Grande capacité à trouver rapidement des solutions.
  • Maîtrise obligatoire du français et de l'anglais (oral + écrit).
  • Sens de l'organisation et fiabilité.
  • Gestion du stress et capacité à garder son calme en cas de situation complexe.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et plateformes digitales.
  • Une expérience en service client, centre d'appel, hôtellerie ou tourisme est un plus.

Profil recherché

Bac+2 ou plus (commerce, communication, tourisme, gestion…).

Disponible à travailler en horaires flexibles si nécessaire.

Professionnalisme, rigueur et sens du service irréprochable.

Aisance relationnelle et attitude positive.
