Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, une compagnie maritime basée à Agadir recrute un «Sales and Operations Supervisor»

Missions principales

Rattaché(e) à la direction commerciale, vous aurez pour mission de développer la performance et la croissance de la ligne régulière à travers la mise en œuvre d'actions stratégiques et opérationnelles.

Vos principales responsabilités :

· Participer à l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre du plan stratégique visant le développement de nouveaux marchés.

· Prospecter et développer un portefeuille clients en ciblant de nouveaux comptes.

· Comprendre et gérer les besoins spécifiques des clients tout en assurant leur satisfaction.

· Maintenir et renforcer les relations avec les clients et les armateurs.

· Assurer une veille active sur les évolutions du marché afin d'adapter l'offre des lignes maritimes.

· Identifier et exploiter de nouvelles opportunités de marché et niches commerciales.

· Préparer et soumettre dans les délais des offres commerciales compétitives en collaboration avec l'équipe Customer Service.

· Contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs de performance commerciale de la ligne régulière.

Profil recherché

· Master en Business Administration, Logistique, Shipping ou diplôme équivalent.

· Expérience confirmée dans la vente, idéalement dans le domaine maritime ou des lignes régulières.

· Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (niveau bilingue).

· Très bonnes compétences en communication et en négociation.

· Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

· Forte capacité d'analyse et esprit de synthèse.

· Excellent (e) Négociateur (trice)

· Orientation résultats et satisfaction client.

Type d'emploi : Temps plein, CDI

Rémunération : 10.000,00DH à 20.000,00DH par mois
