Present in Morocco since 2009, AXA GBS MOROCCO ( Ex- AXA Group Operations Morocco) is an offshoring entity. With more than 300 employees and its various centers of expertise operating in the fields of IT, Project Management, Finance and Human Resources, AXA GBS MOROCCO supports AXA entities in carrying out its mission.

JOB POSITION :

You will join the Group Security division, defining the security standards to be applied by AXA entities, overseeing the overall security posture across the Group and providing centralized services to support entities (Crisis Management, Security Operations Centre, etc.).

Throughout AXA Group, the security community represents composed of 1000 security professionals, working daily to protect our customers, operations, brand, and people. To achieve this, we have gathered our three security disciplines: Information Security, Operational Resilience and Physical Security.

• Monitor the Security Threat Landscape.
• Define and oversee Security Standards and Strategy implementation across the Group.
• Drive local security objectives with C-Level executive (COO, CIO, CTO, CFO…) of AXA entities.
• Ensure the security of AXA GO as an entity, and of AXA GO as a Service Provider.
• Provide centralized security services and products to AXA entities.

Working with GO Security Oversight Information Security Lead Expert, he / she is a key player of GO Security Desk to front GO employees, GO Project/Product Managers and AXA Group Security teams.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Perform a Security pre assessment of new projects /evolutions of existing ones in the GO project management process with involvement of Information Security / Physical Security / Operational Resilience / Security Architecture / Data Privacy / Operational Risk teams,,
• Clarify and then collect evidences for primary assurance purpose (as requested by entities of the AXA Group),
• Monitor Overall Bitsight security score of AXA GO assets, and orchestrate the remediation of identified risks with Product Teams for the purpose of improving the Security posture,
• Handle any security questions/requests from GO staff (internals & externals),
• Support AXA GO Security Oversight Information Security Lead Expert on related security tasks.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

Education

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• A Master in Science in Information Security would be desirable but is not essential.
• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification strongly preferred.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred.
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) preferred.

Experience

• Experience in information security or information technology > 5 years.
• Experience working in Financial Services sector preferred but not required.

• Fluent in English
• Fluency in French and/or Spanish is an advantage.
