Job Description:
The Security Shared Services team is responsible for executing comprehensive security assurance assessments, leveraging deep expertise in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating security risks. The team ensures robust risk management practices and drives continuous improvement in security posture through effective assurance management.
Primary role is to execute security assurance assessments under the security shared services team, while possessing deep expertise in evaluating, identifying, and mitigating security risks & Manage Assurance
This role has a primary responsibility of delivering the Security Assurance services across entities in an effective, timely, consistent and professional manner. Manage resource allocation for different projects
Responsible for overall service delivery , meeting contractual targets (SLA's).
Manage service outcomes in discussion with group security and entity security stakeholders
Coordinate / Develop domain based training and awareness programs.
Contribute to the governance, monitoring and oversight of AXA GBS Shared Security Services Center.
Contribute to cross functional collaboration and innovation to raise the capability, efficiency and performance of the SSSC.
Education
- Minimum Bac+5 in Networks and Security.
Certification
- Relevant professional qualifications e.g. CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor desirable
Work Ethics
Due to the sensitive nature of the task, the role holder must have a demonstrated high level of work ethics, secrecy and discretion.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Intercultural sensitivity, flexibility.
Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines, and use time efficiently.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, effective teamwork.
Ability to function in a matrix structure.
