RIBATIS , Opérateur de la transformation digitale dans le domaine du #eGOV, cherche à #Recruter un #CHEF de #PROJETS #IT :

  • Missions :
  • Organiser et coordonner les opérations d'avant-vente et de réponse aux appels d'offres et consultations restreintes ;
  • Constituer, organiser et piloter l'équipe projet ;
  • Établir les plannings de réalisation des projets selon des logiques de gestion classique ou agile ;
  • Évaluer les risques et les enjeux du projet et établir le plan assurance qualité associé ;
  • Alimenter et maintenir à jour le Backlog projet et animer les sessions de planification et de clôture des sprints ;
  • Contrôler, en tant que coordinateur, la qualité des développements et des releases livrées ;
  • Assurer l'interfaçage avec le client entant que principal interlocuteur ;
  • Accompagner les consultants fonctionnels et techniques dans les ateliers de collecte de besoins et coordination avec les équipes clients ;
  • Organiser, préparer les supports de présentation et animer les comités de suivi et de pilotage projet ;
  • Assurer la revue des livrables documentaires sur le plan fond et forme avant leur communication au client ;
  • Assurer la réception des livrables par le client et le paiement des échéances contractuelles ;
  • Maitriser scrupuleusement le périmètre contractuel du projet, qualifier les demandes client et statuer sur leur prise en charge dans le périmètre initial ou entant qu'évolutions ;
  • Faire un compte rendu à sa hiérarchie comme à son client ;
  • Boucler le projet en temps et en heure, en répondant au mieux au budget et aux attentes exprimées ;
  • Évaluer la rentabilité financière du projet ;
  • Assurer la maintenance des projets dans le cadre de la garantie ou à travers le contrat de maintenance associé ;
  • Maintenir la relation avec le client au-delà du projet et assurer la vente d'extensions du projet à chaque fois que l'opportunité se présente.
