Qualifications :

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in direct purchasing, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.

Main Responsibilities :

• Monitor and fulfill direct purchasing needs in alignment with production schedules.

• Participate in the preparation of the purchasing budget, define action plans, and measure performance against targets.
• Negotiate price agreements and contracts with local direct suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and terms.
• Define and manage periodic price revisions, ensuring mutual agreement with suppliers.
• Work closely with the Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) team to manage and monitor supplier performance.
• Handle Request for Quotations (RFQs) with both national and international suppliers.
• Track and manage price changes of raw materials/components and reflect updates in SAP.
• Maintain and optimize the supplier panel in the SAP system.
• Lead contract negotiations, ensuring compliance and alignment with company objectives.
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers as part of our localization and cost-optimization strategies.
