Nous cherchons un
talent junior à intermédiaire
(Bac+3/+5 avec 1 à 3 ans d'expérience) prêt à
bâtir la fonction commerciale de A à Z
. Ce rôle n'est pas un poste classique : vous allez
construire, piloter et grandir avec l'entreprise
, tout en développant la notoriété de
MoroTrust
et de nos autres produits.

Contrat : CDI ou mission freelance longue durée

Votre mission :

En étroite collaboration avec la Direction Générale, vous transformerez notre vision technologique en succès commercial concret
. Vous contribuerez au
lancement et à la vente structurée
de toutes nos solutions B2B (EBH Care, EBH One, EBH Store ...).

Stratégie et structuration :

  • Structuration complète
    : définir et formaliser l'ensemble du processus de vente B2B, du premier contact à la fidélisation, pour tous nos produits.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM)
    : participer à la création de stratégies de mise sur le marché efficaces, avec un focus sur notre expansion à l'international.
  • Analyse et mesure
    : optimiser l'utilisation du CRM et définir les indicateurs clés de performance (KPIs) pour transformer les données commerciales en décisions stratégiques.

Pilotage et coordination opérationnelle:

  • Coordination
    : assurer l'alignement et la cohérence entre le marketing (supports, campagnes, production de contenu) et la force commerciale.
  • Génération de leads
    : lancer et optimiser les tactiques de prospection et marketing digital pour garantir un pipeline constant.
  • Transversalité
    : être le point de contact clé pour l'alignement des équipes et assurer la cohérence du message client et la visibilité de la marque.

Profil recherché :

  • Bac+3 à Bac+5 avec 1 à 3 ans d'expérience (stages de haut niveau en B2B, Sales Ops ou Business Development acceptés).
  • Capacité à
    structurer l'abstrait
    , créer des processus, analyser des données et proposer des plans d'action.
  • Proactif, autonome et ambitieux, avec un objectif de croissance vers un rôle de direction.
  • Français et anglais courant pour le développement international.
