We are looking for a dynamic and experienced 
Food & Beverage Captain
 to lead our front-of-house team within a prestigious luxury hotel environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering outstanding guest service, supervising high-performing teams, and maintaining impeccable standards of food and beverage service. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting, ensuring operational excellence, team motivation, and an exceptional dining experience that aligns with our brand's reputation for luxury and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house service operations.
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
  • Assist in managing staff schedules, section assignments, and floor operations during service periods.
  • Support and guide service staff, ensuring adherence to grooming, hygiene, and brand service standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth food and beverage delivery.
  • Train and onboard new staff in service procedures and company policies.
  • Handle guest complaints and requests professionally, escalating as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of dining areas, ensuring tables are properly set and organized.
  • Monitor inventory of service supplies and report shortages.
  • Uphold compliance with safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets through upselling techniques and guest engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Hotel Management or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations within the luxury hotel industry, including at least 1 year in a Food & Beverage Captain role

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or Russian is an advantage.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
