About eGrow

eGrow is a rapidly expanding SaaS platform helping eCommerce businesses — especially those operating in cash-on-delivery and hybrid models — manage their operations, automate workflows, and scale efficiently.

We have a strong presence in Morocco and are now accelerating our expansion into global markets, including MENA, Africa, Europe, Latin America, and Southeast Asia.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Growth Manager who will take full ownership of our growth target:

3X our active paying user base worldwide before the end of 2025.

This is an objective-based leadership role. Success will be measured solely by your ability to achieve the target within the set timeframe. You will define the strategy, lead execution, and ensure measurable, sustainable growth across multiple regions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement a global growth strategy aligned with the 3X objective.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to expand our paying user base internationally.
  • Set, monitor, and report on growth KPIs.
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure alignment with product, marketing, and customer success functions.
  • Maintain full accountability for achieving the growth target.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in growth, product, or marketing roles within software companies.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling user bases, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and interpreting data.
  • Experience working across diverse international markets.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; French and Arabic are an advantage.
