StudyGuide Morocco recrute un(e) Chargé(e) Commercial(e) – Bureau & Terrain (Casablanca)

Dans le cadre de son expansion, StudyGuide Morocco, centre d'orientation et de préparation spécialisé dans les études internationales, recherche un(e) Commercial(e) Confirmé(e) pour renforcer son équipe.

Poste basé à Casablanca – Temps plein – CDI

Objectif : développer notre présence auprès des familles, lycées et partenaires, et assurer un suivi commercial rigoureux au bureau et sur le terrain.

Missions principales:

  • Prospection terrain : visites d'écoles, présentations, salons et événements.
  • Accueil et conseil des familles au bureau.
  • Gestion et qualification des leads via CRM, relances et suivi commercial.
  • Vente et suivi des inscriptions (SAT, IELTS, Orientation…).
  • Coordination interne avec l'équipe pédagogique.
  • Participation aux webinaires, journées portes ouvertes et actions marketing.
  • Reporting commercial et atteinte des objectifs mensuels.

Profil recherché:

  • Minimum 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste commercial (services, éducation ou similaire).
  • Excellente communication en français ; anglais apprécié.
  • Maîtrise CRM, Excel, Google Workspace.
  • Dynamique, organisé(e), orienté(e) résultats, avec un très bon relationnel.
  • À l'aise en prospection, en prise de contact et en vente directe.
