We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant (French-speaking) to support the sales team with appointment setting.
Main Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospects
Exclusively schedule appointments for the sales team
Qualify prospects according to defined criteria
Achieve a daily call volume of 50 to 60 calls
Update information in the CRM / tracking tools
Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
Excellent spoken French (mandatory)
Comfortable on the phone, energetic, with a clear and structured pitch
Serious, goal-oriented, and results-driven
Note: Call center experience is an asset, but this role is focused on sales prospecting, not a call center function.
