Présentation du poste

Nous recherchons un(e) Agent Service Après-Vente (SAV) pour rejoindre notre agence de marketing.

Votre mission principale sera d'accompagner nos clients après leur achat, répondre à leurs questions, résoudre leurs problèmes avec efficacité et maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction.

Ce poste est chill et sans forte charge de travail, mais nécessite de la rigueur, de la ponctualité et une communication claire en français comme en anglais.

Critères de réussite

  • Répondre aux demandes clients avec professionnalisme et réactivité.
  • Maintenir un ton positif et empathique lors des échanges.
  • Suivre et résoudre efficacement les cas SAV.
  • Contribuer à la bonne image et à la fidélisation des clients.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer les demandes de support par email, chat ou téléphone.
  • Assister les clients dans l'utilisation de nos services.
  • Identifier et remonter les problèmes techniques à l'équipe concernée.
  • Assurer un suivi régulier des cas ouverts jusqu'à leur résolution.
  • Maintenir une base de réponses claires et standardisées pour optimiser le traitement des demandes.

Qualifications

  • Excellente communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais.
  • Bonne orthographe, ponctuation et capacité de rédaction.
  • Organisation, patience et sens du service client.
  • Une première expérience en service client ou SAV est un plus.

Conditions de travail

  • Salaire : 4 000 MAD / mois.
  • Horaires : 8h par jour, du mardi au samedi.
  • Travail dans une ambiance flexible, sans forte pression.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 3,500.00DH - 4,000.00DH per month
