Établissement premium de restauration & nightlife à Marrakech recherche un Assistant Manager confirmé, avec une expérience solide dans le monde de la nuit au Maroc.


Missions principales

Assister la direction dans la gestion opérationnelle de l'établissement

Encadrer et coordonner les équipes (service, bar, sécurité)

Assurer le bon déroulement des soirées (organisation, ambiance, discipline)

Garantir la qualité du service et de l'expérience client

Gérer les situations sensibles et imprévues avec professionnalisme

Veiller au respect des procédures internes et des standards de l'établissement


Profil recherché

Expérience confirmée en club, lounge ou établissement de nuit au Maroc

Expérience préalable en assistant manager ou manager adjoint

Très bonne connaissance des codes et usages du milieu nocturne

Leadership naturel, sens des responsabilités, résistance à la pression

Présentation irréprochable et excellent relationnel client
