is a vibrant and community-oriented institution offering premium British-style and Moroccan education to both local and expatriate students. We are currently seeking a
Receptionist & ECA Coordinator
to serve as a key point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors. This dual-role position combines front desk responsibilities with the coordination of extracurricular activities. The ideal candidate will create a warm, professional welcome at reception while efficiently managing phone calls, school communications, and administrative support tasks. Additionally, the post holder will support the planning, scheduling, and smooth execution of extracurricular programs, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all students involved.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reception & Front Desk

• Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages; direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area that reflects the school's values.
• Support the school administration with various clerical tasks and document handling.

Extracurricular Activities (ECA) Coordination

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and organizing extracurricular programs and events.
• Serve as the liaison between activity providers, staff, students, and parents.
• Maintain up-to-date records of student participation and attendance.
• Communicate activity schedules, updates, and changes to all relevant stakeholders.
• Collect feedback from students and providers to help improve the quality and variety of ECAs.

The ideal candidate for this position is a dynamic, organized, and service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural school environment. They will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk while efficiently managing extracurricular program coordination.

Key Attributes & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in reception, administrative support, or customer service—experience in an educational setting is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (Arabic is an asset)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Confident and professional demeanor when interacting with students, parents, and staff
• Comfortable using office tools and school systems (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, or school management platforms)
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Enthusiasm for student life and supporting extracurricular activities
• Flexibility to occasionally assist during school events outside of regular hour
