We're hiring: Lean Engineer

Lean Engineer
and play a key role in shaping and optimizing our lean management system


Your mission

  • Lead and implement lean projects.
  • Deliver lean training & coaching sessions.
  • Promote lean culture on the production site.
  • Apply lean production tools to improve efficiency & reduce cycle times.
  • Optimize value stream, processes, material & information flow.
  • Support standardization initiatives and cross-departmental projects.


What we're looking for

  • Masters degree in
    Industrial Engineering
    or related Science/Engineering field.
  • 2+ years of experience in lean improvement or enterprise management (automotive, wind power, machinery, or similar industries).
  • Strong knowledge & practical use of lean tools.
  • Experience in training & coaching lean projects.
  • Fluent English
    (both written & spoken).
