Process Engineer

¨ Job Summary:Actively complete the tasks assigned by the department leaders, compile process documents, establish technical standards, analyze and deal with specific problems arising from the production site, provide timely and powerful technical support for production, and assist leaders in product technology improvement and technological innovation.

¨ Qualifications:

ü Education background: Bachelor degree or above in composite materials, polymer or related majors in science and engineering.

ü Experience:More than 3 years of work experience in composite materials and FRP related industries, preferably with wind blade production experience.

ü Skill:Familiar with the company's process, process design and working principle, able to compile single-piece and small-batch production processes;Proficient in using 3D design software;Familiar with the blade forming process;Proficient in using AutoCAD;Proficient in office software;Fluent in English.

¨ Job responsibilities

  1. Design the process plan and process flow according to the product requirements, and prepare process documents such as process manuals, quality control point instructions, etc;

  2. Research and design, improve production methods and operational processes, and improve product drawings and process documents;

  3. Design and improve operation methods and site layout; design and improve workstation equipment and other production aids;

  4. Analyze and measure work quotas and labor quotas, and implement improvements;

  5. Measure and improve the consumption quotas of materials and energy, and carry out cost control;

  6. Develop production and assembly process cards, identify assembly lines and assembly stations;

  7. Collaborate with product development department, participate in new product design and development, manage preparation work and modification work;

  8. Work closely with the quality department to analyze and solve process problems in processing;

  9. Assist sales to complete technical service support work;

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 7,000.00DH - 10,000.00DH per month
