Concierge – Abu Dhabi (Pre-Opening)

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Salary: AED 2,200 + AED 200 language allowance

We are looking for a Concierge to join our pre-opening luxury property team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be the trusted advisor to our guests—creating personalized experiences and ensuring every stay is smooth, memorable, and exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and serve as their main point of contact during their stay
• Provide tailored recommendations on dining, attractions, and local experiences
• Handle reservations, transportation, and ticket arrangements efficiently
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism
• Build strong relationships with local partners and vendors
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest service
• Handle VIP and special requests discreetly
• Keep the Concierge desk organized and well-presented

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Concierge or in a guest-facing role, ideally in luxury hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, German, Chinese, French, or Spanish) are a plus
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's attractions and culture
• Professional appearance and genuine passion for guest service
• Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
