Spa & Fitness Receptionist – Abu Dhabi
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 2,200 + AED 200 language allowance
We are seeking a Spa & Fitness Receptionist to provide an exceptional and welcoming experience for all guests in a luxury spa and fitness environment. The ideal candidate will be warm, professional, and passionate about guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and care
- Manage spa and fitness reservations, schedules, and inquiries
- Coordinate with therapists and trainers for seamless guest experiences
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Keep the reception area calm, clean, and inviting
- Promote and upsell spa and fitness services
Requirements:
- Previous experience in luxury spa, wellness, or fitness reception preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and confident demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, German, Chinese, French, or Spanish) are a plus
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
