Front Office Receptionist – Abu Dhabi (Pre-Opening)

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Salary: AED 2,200 + AED 200 language allowance

We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join our pre-opening luxury property in Abu Dhabi. In this key guest-facing role, you will create a welcoming first impression, provide personalized service, and ensure each guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality
  • Handle check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately
  • Manage room assignments, reservations, and upgrades according to guest preferences
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring complete satisfaction
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on hotel facilities and local attractions
  • Coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain a polished appearance and uphold luxury service standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Front Office or guest service role, ideally within luxury hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, German, Chinese, French, or Spanish) are an advantage
  • Professional appearance with a confident and friendly demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to stay composed and professional under pressure
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
