xPage, an AI-powered eCommerce platform based in Agadir, is looking for a motivated intern to join us for a 3-month pre-employment role combining Customer Support and Quality Assurance Testing.
This role is essential as we prepare for launch. You'll help ensure users have a smooth experience while also identifying bugs and usability issues before each release.
Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
- Test features in pre-production before pushing to production
- Report bugs and issues using Jira or Trello
- Validate key flows like checkout, onboarding, and store creation
- Work closely with the product and dev teams to ensure stability
Customer Support
- Respond to user questions and issues via chat or support tools
- Track feedback from users and report patterns to the team
- Assist users during onboarding and setup
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Comfortable using digital tools and documenting issues
- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
- Basic experience in QA or support is a plus but not required
