xPage, an AI-powered eCommerce platform based in Agadir, is looking for a motivated intern to join us for a 3-month pre-employment role combining Customer Support and Quality Assurance Testing.

This role is essential as we prepare for launch. You'll help ensure users have a smooth experience while also identifying bugs and usability issues before each release.

Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

  • Test features in pre-production before pushing to production
  • Report bugs and issues using Jira or Trello
  • Validate key flows like checkout, onboarding, and store creation
  • Work closely with the product and dev teams to ensure stability

Customer Support

  • Respond to user questions and issues via chat or support tools
  • Track feedback from users and report patterns to the team
  • Assist users during onboarding and setup

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Comfortable using digital tools and documenting issues
  • Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Basic experience in QA or support is a plus but not required

Future: Join full-time after internship
