Building Segment Key Account Manager – Hospitality

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with end-users, design firms, and contractors within the Hospitality and Healthcare segments.
- In Coordination with Channel teams build and upskill a network of specialized partners for each segment to enhance market reach and effectiveness.
- Identify and address customer pain points, uncover hidden challenges, and position Schneider Electric's solutions as unique platform to help customers overcome all their power, building and IT related challenges.
- Promote Schneider Electric's full suite of end-to-end solutions tailored for each building sub-segment, leveraging IoT-enabled EcoStruxure.
- Monitor customer's needs, market trends and challenges and competition activities to develop strategic sales approaches.
- Collaborate with the prescription team to embed Schneider Electric's integrated power, building and IT architecture in design firms designs and Master Specs.
- Advocate for Schneider Electric Energy Management software to drive project lifecycle digitization.
- Work with the Services team to promote recurring service contracts, Ecofit, Retrofit solutions and the digitization of brownfield projects.
- Drive the adoption of Schneider Electric's digital services ( apps, analytics, and AI-powered tools).
- Conduct monthly meetings with country teams to track progress, address challenges, and align strategies.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting and forecasting to management.
- Ensure continuous upskilling and development of Schneider Electric's internal teams involved in the segment.
