Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Podcast Manager, located in Casablanca-Settat, Morocco. The Podcast Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and producing podcast episodes. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and coordinating guest appearances, researching relevant topics, scripting episodes, and overseeing the recording and editing process. The Podcast Manager will also develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the podcast's audience.

• Proficiency in Marketing and Audience Growth Strategies
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creativity and a keen interest in technology and computer science topics
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in media production, communication, or related fields is a plus
