Description du poste :

Nous sommes une agence de voyages et d'événementiel basée à Tanger, et nous recherchons un(e) Office Manager polyvalent(e), idéalement avec un profil IT ou événementiel, possédant également un solide background en management et en commercial.

Le/la candidat(e) assurera la gestion quotidienne de l'administration et des opérations de l'agence, en garantissant une coordination fluide entre les différentes équipes. Il/elle aura un rôle clé dans le suivi des indicateurs de performance des managers et dans le reporting à la direction.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Suivi des KPIs des managers et reporting détaillé à la direction
  • Analyse et évaluation de la performance globale du groupe et des équipes
  • Optimisation des processus internes pour améliorer efficacité et rentabilité
  • Gestion des ressources matérielles et humaines
  • Organisation et coordination des événements internes et externes
  • Suivi des objectifs commerciaux et coordination des actions pour atteindre les cibles

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience confirmée en gestion administrative, management et commercial
  • Connaissances en IT ou événementiel fortement appréciées
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de suivi de KPIs
  • Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et autonomie
  • Bonnes compétences relationnelles et communicationnelles
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et logiciels de gestion (Excel, CRM, reporting…)
  • Esprit d'initiative et capacité à proposer des améliorations

Modalités :

  • Pré-embauche de 3 mois , avec possibilité d'embauche définitive
  • Lieu de travail : Tanger
  • Rémunération : fixe + variable
