Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Aïn Sebaâ. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong abilities in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members
- Goal-oriented and able to develop strategies to meet sales targets
- Adaptability and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the beauty or retail industry is a plus
